Ronit Gurewitz

Ronit Gurewitz believes that observation is the most important tool in the process of  creating. Painting is what allows Ronit to observe and to process life around her, reliving old memories and commemorating her feelings on canvas. Ronit depicts a diverse collection of subjects in her art, ranging from surrealist anatomical paintings - over to realistic still life compositions. One common thread unites these varied works of art: they are all the outcome of careful, slow observation, allowing the artist to uncover new interpretations of her environment. Ronit is a graduate of the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, and her works have been shown in multiple galleries in Israel.
