Irit Rabinowits

It should come as no surprise that Irit Rabinowitz’s artworks have been chosen to be part of the Ministry of Education’s official curriculum. Her art expresses the many manifestations of “Israeliness”, and the raw beauty of the local landscape. Rabinowitz’s artworks are a colorful expression of life, and their aesthetic reminds us of the illustrations in a children’s book. Though her art may appear naive, it is complex and full of depth, for behind the joyful exterior lies an abundance of symbolism and meaning.
