The Cindianat Hagalil and Ma'an Association of Workers holds an annual exhibition of works of art every year, the proceeds of which are dedicated to projects that promote and encourage the integration of Arab women in the labor market. In the exhibition, which will take place this year between December 29 and January 1, 2015, at the artists' workshops in Tel Aviv, the works of over 400 artists will be displayed for sale. Among the hundreds of artists, Jews and Arabs, who contributed their works to the sale, some prominent names, including: Yair Garbuz, Michal Ne'eman, David Adika, Tzivi Geva, Aisha Arar, Durar Bakri and many more. This year there will also be a "Exhibitions for Social Introduction", a special exhibition event featuring four artists: Joy Bernard, Larissa Miller, Arava Assaf and Tami Assulin (curator: Hagai Ulrich) .

In order to allow all art lovers to purchase works and support Ma'an's important activities, the price range of the works ranges from 300 to thousands of shekels. The money raised from the sale of works of art, as mentioned, helps to get hundreds of Arab women out of poverty every year and integrate them into fair workplaces. The exhibition enjoys the support of a wide public of art lovers in the country who annually renews their commitment to social involvement as well. The Bread and Roses exhibition is intended to promote the "Women, Work and Sustainability" project, which is led by two prominent organizations in Israeli civil society - Cindianat Hagalil and Ma'an - a workers' organization . In the last two years, due to the corona plague, the activities of Ma'an and the Galilee Syndianat have become even more important, as one of the sectors hardest hit at the occupational level are Arab and Palestinian women, some of whom earn a single family.

During this period, the two organizations implemented a number of important initiatives - in "Ma'an" they helped women exhaust their rights vis-?-vis Social Security and abusive employers. The organization has succeeded in bringing women back to work from the hospital, helping to open new jobs and developing an exciting hydroponics project that provides 30 families in the Arab sector with food security and also promotes the effort for climate change.

Cindianat Hagalil, which was selected as one of Forbes Magazine's 15 most successful small businesses, was temporarily forced to freeze the activities of its visitor center, but continued to produce quality olive oil and even won many quality awards. The association has survived the plague and continues to support the livelihoods of the women working in the organization.
