Not a word, is an exhibition of new paintings from one year - 2020.

Quite a few articles have been written about the work of Klezmer, who has been researching the language of painting since the early 1980s.

In 2014, at the Helena Rubinstein Pavilion-Tel Aviv Museum, his retrospective was held under the treasures of Alan Ginaton and Itamar Levy. In 1989, Tali Tamir wrote about him in his exhibition at the Givon Gallery. In 1996, he represented Israel at the Sao Paulo Biennale curated by Galia Bar-Or.

Klezmer began his career in art as a sculptor in the duo "Gabi and Sharon" in an important avant-garde work that has accumulated value in the history of Israeli art. Over the years, he researched painting while also continuing in the field of sculpture.

In the last year, a new process has begun in painting - a process of concealment, of exposure even by way of cancellation and encryption. Painting in layers that surpass previous painting operations on the canvas while the picturesque decisions or determinations are made one after the other, one on top of the other. Paintings with richness of form and a strong level of color.

A trip to London interrupted the move while in full force.

This chapter, is now brought before the public of painting lovers and lovers of the work of Gabi Klezmer in particular. We attach Nimrod Reitman's article to his last major exhibition from 2014.
