גלריה Y שמחה להודיע על השקת סדרת תערוכות המוקדשת להצגת יצירות אמנות שמדגימות מסורת העתיקה של אמנות פלסטית, צורפות ויצירת תכשיט כביטויים עכשוויים. הסדרה זו שמה לה כמטרה לשפוך אור על כישרונות עולים בזירות מקומיות ובינלאומיות ומשמשת כשלוחה של יניב שפירא לספק חינוך והדרכה מעשית לפיתוח ביטוי אמנותי אישי. התערוכות תלווינה בהרצאות וסדנאות בהנחיית האמנים המציגים ותספקנה השראה לסטודנטים, אמנים, אספנים ואוהבי אמנות.
גלריה Y ממוקמת בחלל מקסים בתוך בית הספר "הסטודיו שלי לאמנות", היושב על התפר שבין תל אביב ליפו - תרבויות שונות ומסורת בת מאה שנים של אמנות ואומנויות, נגעו בשמש ובים, מתמזגות יחד על מנת ליצור גישה מובהקת אירופאית וים-תיכונית - המציעה מגוון רחב של הוראת אמנות רב-תחומית בהדרכתו של יניב שפירא, אמן וצורף בעל ותק של 20 שנה ביצירת תכשיטים ויודאיקה מקוריים.התערוכות נאצרות על ידי ג'ניפר נאווה מילקן, שמביאה רקע אקדמי ומוזיאולוגי מקיף באמנות, עיצוב ואומנויות לסדרת התערוכות.

גלריה Y מזמינה אמנים שמתעסקים באמנות פלסטית וצורפות להגיש הצעות ליצירות להצגה בסדרת התערוכות זו. אמנים המשתתפים בתערוכות עומדים לזכות בהזדמנות להציג את יצירותיהם בקונטקסט רב-תחומי חדשני - כמו כן, בחשיפהת ובצ'אנס למכור את עבודותיהם.

הגלריה מיועדת לתערוכות קבוצתיות ולתערוכות יחיד. אמנים בודדים או אוצרים שמעוניינים לארגן תערוכות במרחבי גלריה Y מוזמנים לפנות לגלריה דרך מייל או טלפון.
אמנים מעוניינים מתבקשים להגיש את ההצעות והשרטוטים, יחד עם מידע כללי (שם, מידע קשר, קו"ח, דימויי עבודות קיימות) ל: info@interaliaprojects.com. דמי השתתפות לתערוכה של 500 ש"ח יחויבו לכל אמן המציג.

משנכנס אדר, מרבים בשמחה!
חג הפורים הינו אחד החגים האהובים ביותר ביהדות, הכרוך באושר ובשחרור, כמו גם צדקה, חמלה והתמדה. היצירות בתערוכה ידגימו היבטים של משחק והתחפשות; דרמה ותלבושות; שמחה וצהלה, או כל הערכים המייצגים אותו בחג.

פולחן האביב
מנערים מעלינו את הגלימה הכהה של החורף, אנו יוצאים חיוורים וממצמצים אל החיבוק החמים של השמש. אמנם עונת האביב לא תמיד רגועה ונעימה, אך היא מגלמת תקומה, חידוש והתחדשות, מלווה בסערה וניצנים. יוצגו בתערוכה עבודות אשר משקפות את היבטים של העונה או כשראה ממנה.

Y Gallery

Y Gallery is pleased to announce the launch of a series of art exhibitions dedicated to the display of works exemplifying the ancient tradition of plastic arts, metalsmithing, and jewelry-making in their contemporary manifestation. Y Gallery?s series of exhibitions, aimed to spotlight the wealth of emerging regional and international talent in the field, will serve as an extension of Yaniv Shapira?s mission to provide education and practical instruction for the development of personal artistic expression. The shows will be supplemented by an offering of lectures and workshops headed by the exhibiting artists, and will provide inspiration to students, practitioners, collectors, and art lovers at large.

Y Gallery is located in a charming space inside the My Studio school, situated on the seam between Tel Aviv and Jaffa, where distinct cultures and centuries-old traditions of art and craft, touched by the sun and the sea, merge together to create a distinctly Mediterranean approach, and offers a wide range of interdisciplinary art instruction under the guidance of Yaniv Shapira, a master jewelry artist and metalsmith who has been creating original jewelry and Judaica for nearly 20 years. The exhibitions will be curated by Jennifer Navva Milliken, who brings a strong academic and museological background in art, design, and craft to the series.

Artists working in the fields of plastic arts, metalsmithing, and jewelry design are invited to submit works for show in this series of Y Gallery exhibitions. Participating artists benefit from the opportunity to show their works in a new, multidisciplinary context, as well as exposure for themselves and their art and the chance to sell their works to dedicated collectors.

The exhibition space at Y Gallery is suitable for group as well as solo exhibitions. Artists and curators who are interested in organizing shows in the gallery are welcome to contact the gallery or the curator via mail or telephone.
Interested artists are requested to respond by sending the following information (name, contact details, resume, and images of past works) to info@interaliaprojects.com. A participation fee of 500 NIS will be charged to each exhibiting artist.

New Year of the Trees
It is written: ?man is a tree of the field? (Deuteronomy 20:19). On view in the exhibition will be works that embody aspects represented by the season and reflections on the tree, the botanical analogue of humankind.

Shaking off winter?s dark mantle, we emerge pale and squinting into the sun?s warm embrace. Not always calm and balmy, the season of Spring ? embodying rebirth, regeneration, and renewal ? can be accompanied by both turmoil and blossoms.
