Shorashim Art was established in 1987 in Tel Aviv. Since then, we hold four seasonal Art & Antiques Auctions a year, attended by collectors, art enthusiasts and Art & Antique dealers from Israel and abroad.

Appraising and auctioning
We have been appraising and auctioning for The Justice Department of the State of Israel, Wizo Israel, Israel Custom and Police, Banks and Insurance companies as well as attorneys in charge of state sales, private collectors, galleries and dealers.
A team of thirteen appraisers is available to serve you. We have the right expert for assessment and evaluation of paintings, decorative arts, jewelry, carpets, silverware, Judaica, glass, porcelain, antique furniture, antique coins, bills and books among others.

Israel Art Index
Shorashim Art publishes the "Israel Art Index" which lists over 6000 artists and update on the current market value of their work according to the latest auctions. The "Israel Art Index" published every 2 years plays an important role in establishing market value for art works and artists in Israel.

Shorashim Art Exhibits
Shorashim Gallery is very active in the artistic local scenario, holding a number of art exhibitions every year. Our latest exhibition hold at Neeman's Tower in the north of Tel Aviv will be running parallel to an online exhibition of well-known, established and fledging artists as well. Shorashim Art Online Auction
We are happy to inform you that from April 2003, we will be holding monthly online auctions specializing in Jewish and Israeli Art & Antiques such as Palestina Art, Bezalel, early Israeli decorative arts, paintings from the 1930's to contemporaries, and others
