Body of Evidence - Joint Exhibition / Mika - Israel artטלפון - 03-9525830 12/08/2010 to - 30/09/2010 The opening exhibition by Mika Gallery, a gallery of Israeli art, reflects on our perception of the human form from a number of perspectives. The treatment by man of his own body or of that of another, has always been characterized by power and control games and the stretching of boundaries. In the exhibition, it is possible to observe aspects of sadism and masochism; fetishism and the stretching of the exploitation of the body even to the point of death for the sake of enjoyment, are all speculated upon. Participating are Ran Zagorsky, Lea Schwartz, Elad Armon, Vanilla Royal, Ariel Cohen, Yair Barak, Genny Barst and Anna Barshtansky.
